Telpher Youman

Telpher Youman is a proud Branch 1100 retiree running for the position of 1st Sergeant-at-Arms. He began his career at the Paramount Post Office in 1994 and proudly served until his retirement in 2017.

My Story

During his time with the branch, He held the position of 1st Sergeant-at-Arms for many years and was honored to serve the members with dedication and respect. In addition to his regular duties, He actively supported the MDA committee and played a key role on the pin committee, always ready to help wherever he was needed. He also served as an area shop steward, advocating for his fellow carriers and helping to resolve workplace concerns.

Now in retirement, he looks forward to giving back to the branch that has meant so much to him. With experience, commitment, and heart, he is ready to serve once again.
