Hugo Santillan

Hugo Santillan is a letter carrier in Anaheim. He began his journey as a letter carrier in 2003 and quickly saw the importance of standing up for his fellow carriers. By 2010, he became a shop steward, and shortly thereafter, he took on the role of area shop steward, proudly representing and supporting our members on a broader scale.

My Story

Over the years, he’s dedicated himself to mentoring and developing most of the Anaheim shop stewards, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to advocate effectively. Hugo has served on the Executive Council for several years.

Beyond representation, he actively assist with the Santa Ana District’s annual Food Drive, reinforcing our commitment not just to each other, but to our community.

Hugo is running for Board Member At Large because he believes in strong, transparent, and accountable leadership. He will continue to be a voice for every carrier and push for fair treatment, better communication, and real results.
